Louvre Hotel Group plans the development of its budget-brand Première Classe in Germany

Louvre Hotels Group strengthen its presence in Germany: in the next 4 or 5 years the Group plans to open 35 hotels of the budget-brand Première Classe.
Target sites should offer high visibility and good accessibility – e.g. nearby tourism destinations or business parks.
Première Classe hotels will be developed through new constructions and possibly conversion of existing buildings.

Louvre Hotels Group expands its presence into Russia and Algeria, which become the 41st and 42nd countries in which the Group is active

Louvre Hotels Group has opened its first hotel in Russia. Opened to the public in January 2012, this Tulip Inn hotel is located in the Rosa Khutor Alpine Ski Resort in the Caucasus. The resort will host downhill skiing events at the Sochi Winter Olympic Games in February 2014.
Louvre Hotels Group announces the opening of its first hotel in Algeria, which will become the 42nd country where the Group is present. The Golden Tulip Arc-en-Ciel hotel located at Skikda will open in 2013.

Louvre Hotels Group is expanding in Italy

The “Hotel Galilei” and the “Euro Hotel Cascina” were part of an Italian Hotel Chain and joined the Louvre Hotels Group and was rebranded to Golden Tulip Galilei Pisa Airport and Tulip Inn Euro Pisa East.
The group also rebranded the Campanile Turin as Tulip Inn Turin West.

For Louvre Hotels Group, “the 2 new additions and the switch of an owned property consolidates our presence in Italy and will lay the foundation for our upcoming development in Italy”.

Louvre Hotels Group inaugurates the Warsaw Golden Tulip and announces its plans for Eastern Europe

Dynamic development is pivotal for Louvre Hotels Group. One of its major aims is to expand in the CEE region including Poland, where its first Golden Tulip brand hotel was opened in Warsaw on September 29th.

Currently Central and Eastern Europe is one of the major expansion regions that the Louvre Hotels Group is targeting.
In recent months this region has seen the opening of ten new hotels; this development has tripled the number of rooms available on this market.

The Group is planning to open 12 more hotels in the CEE region by the end of 2012. New facilities are already under construction in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and in Poland, to offer in the future over 1000 rooms under the Campanile and Premiere Classe brands.

Louvre Hotels Group signs an important contract to enter the Hangzhou market - China

Louvre Hotel Group is pleased to announce the signature of a management contract with its Hangzhou partner Landev Real Estate & Development Co Ltd allowing it to enter this booming city of Hangzhou tourism market through its flagship hotel in Hangzhou, which will be opened in 2013.
The group that ranks in the top 10 of the worldwide hospitality industry already operates three hotels in Shanghai.

The group will continue its development in prestigious Chinese tourist and business areas and town centers under three brands from 3 to 5 stars : Tulip Inn, Golden Tulip and Royal Tulip working with different local partners under management contracts.

Vast expansion plans in Asia

Louvre Hotels Group has announced that it has plans to develop over 100 new hotels in Asia over the next five years.
By the end of 2011 alone, five new properties will be opened in Southeast Asia, five in China and twelve in India -- and that is just the beginning.

Louvre Hotels Group concentrates on operating city-centre properties and attracting business travellers with its economy business brand Tulip Inn and four-star Golden Tulip hotels. Leisure travellers are catered for in its luxurious Golden Tulip Resorts in exotic locales such as Bali and Phuket.
Tulip Inns are already planned in Pattaya, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu, Phnom Penh and Sumatra, while Golden Tulip properties are planned for Bali, Bangkok and Hua Hin.

Besides the growth planned in Southeast Asia, with approximately 30 new hotels, the other main expansion in the next 5 years will be the rollout of Golden Tulip and Tulip Inn brands in India, with 40 hotels, and China, with 30 hotels.

Louvre Hotels Group signs an important contract to enter the Chinese market

Louvre Hotels Group is pleased to announce the signature of a management contract with its partner YiHe Elderly Care Industry Care Company Ltd. allowing it to enter the Hainan International Tourism Island market through the construction of two hotels at Tunchang County, which will represent a total capacity of 600 rooms and will be opened in 2012 and 2013.

In addition to the three existing hotels it already operates in Shanghai, the group also announces that it aims to have a portfolio of 50 hotels in China within the next five years.

Louvre Hotels and UDC Holding sign partnership agreement to build new hotels in Ukraine.

Louvre Hotels is pleased to announce that it has signed an exclusive partnership agreement with Universal Development and Construction Holding (UDC Holding) to construct and operate at least six new Campanile hotels in Ukraine.
This will be the 43rd country in which Louvre Hotels & Golden Tulip will operate.
