Having worked for Accor and Vivendi, Olivier Derycke has gained profound experience in revenue management, which he oversaw as a director with Concorde Hotels. Aged 37, today this former COO of the Concorde Saint-Lazare is in charge of defining the international strategy of Louvre Hotels and for implementing it in each zone. "My role is that of a coordinator between the local teams in a group that has a presence in 40 countries. In parallel with Joël Guiraud, I must make sure that the brands and our processes are respected", explains the man who is currently guiding the process of assimilation with Golden Tulip. As a member of the Executive Committee, Olivier Derycke expects to provide visibility and deliver an account of international activities even as Louvre Hôtels plans to consolidate its position in several strategic regions in Europe and Morocco as well as India, China, Brazil and the Middle East. "I think I notched up about 100 flights in 2009", which delights this fan of speed, whether by boat, car or motorbike, who cannot stand to do nothing. In the Executive Committee, his operations also affect all of the domains described, with consistently positive effects. Because Olivier Derycke takes his role on the Executive Committee extremely seriously: "Our job is to give clear direction to the group, to ensure that out strategy is implemented correctly and to motivate the company to strive to lead at all times, particularly in our service professions, where the human dimension is paramount".
