This offer is reserved for individuals acting for non-professional purposes and is limited to one per household (same name, same address) and per stay. The person who made the booking must present a valid form of identification at the hotel upon arrival. 

A valid credit card at the start date of the stay is required to guarantee the booking. You may be asked to present the same credit card used at the time of booking to the establishment; failing this, the booking cannot be guaranteed. 

The booking can be modified, cancelled and refunded free of charge up until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival at the hotel (local hotel time). After this deadline, the hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty equivalent to the amount of the first booked night to the card provided by the customer at the time of booking, should the customer fail to show up on the reserved dates. For any modification made under the conditions set out above, the price of the modified booking, as displayed on the day of the modification, will apply. 

Unless otherwise specified, payment is due on-site in the establishment's local currency upon arrival or departure, in accordance with the hotel's stay terms and conditions. Additional services are optional and payable on-site (please check directly with the establishment concerned). Local or tourist taxes may be collected on-site by the establishment in accordance with applicable legislation.
