Located above the Rhumel River gorge, this medina features historic monuments and the winding alleys of the Kasbah. Guests can explore the Ahmed Bey Palace, Sidi M'Cid Bridge, Souq el-Ghezal Mosque, and a network of markets, ancient city walls, and buildings perched on cliffs.

Spanning 164 meters, this suspension bridge crosses the Rhumel River in Constantine and links the Casbah to Sidi M'Cid Hill. The hill is home to the Aïn El Bey War Memorial, also known as the Monument of the Dead, which is dedicated to Constantine soldiers who died in World War I.

Built by El Hadj Ahmed Bey, the city's final Ottoman ruler, this palace is viewed as one of the finest examples of Ottoman-era architecture in the country. The estate spans 3,300 square meters and features 266 marble columns, garden courtyards, and art depicting Ahmed Bey’s pilgrimages and travels.

One of the country's oldest museums, the National Museum of Cirta is largely focused on the history of Constantine during the Roman era. The museum also includes exhibits dedicated to the Numidian Era, paintings and ethnographic items, and an archeological garden.
