My first trip to the city of Makassar, and as a backpacker staying at this hotel for the first time, I must say my first impression of this 3-star hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived at the reception, the service was incredibly helpful—not only explaining the hotel facilities but also recommending must-visit attractions and local culinary spots in the city after I mentioned it was my first time here. Many thanks to Mr. Andy for introducing me to Makassar’s culinary delights, especially coto—I absolutely loved it. The restaurant’s breakfast menu was also delicious, made even better by the warm and friendly F&B staff. Thank you, Golden Tulip, for your excellent service.
