University U, our Group University
At Louvre Hotels Group, we want to offer all our talents the opportunity to train in the various professions related to gastronomy and hospitality. This is why we provide more than 90 training courses through "University U", our corporate university.
In 2022, more than 50% of our employees received training at the university!

During this period you will discover the company and the positions in one of our hotels. You will acquire the keys to your trade thanks to our digital learning platform Genius, which will be with you every step of your integration. Genius is there to help you learn about your position and will also provide you with the knowledge about our group, our different brands and our tools.
Our University U has been QUALIOPI certified since October 2021 for its training programs.
This certification of quality, awarded by the State, is a recognition of the excellence of our training programs. It is truly a marker of our know how and a testament of our continual commitment to accompany each employee in every position in their development and evolution.
