University U, our Group University
At Louvre Hotels Group, we want to offer all our talents the opportunity to train in the various professions related to gastronomy and hospitality. This is why we provide more than 90 training courses through "University U", our corporate university.
In 2022, more than 50% of our employees received training at the university!
When you become part of Louvre Hotels Group, we give you the means, whatever your profession or level of expertise, to acquire the necessary competencies to excel in your profession and allow you to meet the challenges at the heart of our Group. You development starts with an integration process to orient you to your new site.
During this period you will discover the company and the positions in one of our hotels. You will acquire the keys to your trade thanks to our digital learning platform Genius, which will be with you every step of your integration. Genius is there to help you learn about your position and will also provide you with the knowledge about our group, our different brands and our tools.

Each year the University trains our collaborators through custom-made training programs with diverse methods such as in-person, blended learning, e-learning, webinars or virtual classes which allow for the adaptation to everyone’s needs. Exchange between peers is vital. The University prioritizes the sharing of experiences, knowledge and internal know-how as a key to our training program success.
Career evolution and internal mobility are essential and are part of our DNA. Accompanying each collaborator in each position, in their development and evolution is one of our priorities. For this, the University has developed individualized itineraries and qualifying or certifying trainings in the trades such as Certificates of Professional Qualification (CQP): Housekeeping, Barman/Barmaid, Waiter/Waitress, Cook, Receptionist, Assistant Operations Manager.
There are also certifications to access Hotel Director positions in partnership with the renowned Hotel Management School of Savignac.
We also offer French lessons to obtain the Language Competencies Diploma (DCL).

This unique venue embodies the Group’s passion for catering, hospitality and transmission of knowledge.
Located on the garden floor of the hotel Campanile Rungis Orly, this hybrid and atypical venue has been specially designed to provide training in the catering and food service industry, as well as to host private seminars and events for external companies.
Our University U has been QUALIOPI certified since October 2021 for its training programs.
This certification of quality, awarded by the State, is a recognition of the excellence of our training programs. It is truly a marker of our know how and a testament of our continual commitment to accompany each employee in every position in their development and evolution.
