Louvre Hotels Group and Pôle emploi partner to promote careers in the French hospitality industry

Louvre Hotels Group and its brands (including Campanile, Kyriad, Première Classe, Golden Tulip) have signed a national partnership agreement with Pôle emploi, the French Employment Development Office. They will work together to find positions for employment-seekers, strengthen the attraction of careers in the hospitality industry and respond to the Group’s recruiting needs in France.

Talent Exchange: Louvre Hotels Group is promoting the hotel industry culture in partnership with Jin Jiang International thanks to their France-China exchanges

Taking the lead from its powerful stakeholder Jin Jiang International, for the past several years Louvre Hotels Group has been organizing Talent Exchanges between France and China for the two groups’ staff. The goal is mutual enrichment and sharing of best practices.

This exchange program is for all the groups different services, at the Headquarters and the support teams as well as in the hotels.

Première Classe shares the road with drivers, launching a huge multi-channel campaign in France across the freeway network

Première Classe, Louvre Hotels Group’s low-cost brand which includes 230 hotels in France, is launching a national campaign targeted towards the road traveler. This original, multi-channel campaign, strategically visible along the major highways, was created with the Change and Values Media agencies.

It highlights the differences and the brand’s low-cost positioning.

Louvre Hotels Group reveals major expansion plan in Indonesia
Louvre Hotels Group has announced an aggressive expansion plan for Indonesia projecting the opening of up to 30 hotels within the next three years under the Golden Tulip and Première Classe brands.The announcement marks a further commitment to the destination following Golden Tulip's entry into the market in late 2012, since when it has opened the 138-room Golden Tulip Galaxy Banjarmasin, with a further six hotels for an additional 1,286 rooms scheduled to open this year.
A Capital takes over à group of 10 hotels in Germany
A consortium led by A CAPITAL together with Louvre Hotels Group acquired 10 hotels in Germany, currently owned by the DHM group and operated under the Balladins brand. This portfolio consists of five 3 star and five 4 star hotels totalling 1,246 rooms located in gateway cities of Western Germany (Frankfurt, Köln, Dortmund, Bremen, Mannheim,…).These hotels will be renovated and rebranded under Tulip Inn and Golden Tulip brands with an offensive Capex repositioning plan. They will be operated by Louvre Hotels Group.

Starwood Capital Group and Jin Jiang International Holdings Co., Ltd. are pleased to confirm that the sale of Groupe du Louvre and its 100% indirect subsidiary Louvre Hotels Group has been completed. Through Starwood affiliate Star SDL Investment Co., Groupe du Louvre was sold to the 100% Luxemburg-based subsidiary of Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels Development Co., Ltd., for an amount of €1.3 billion.
