Throughout the Fast & Curious program, you are evaluated at the end of each mission. The Hotel Manager concerned completes the assessment and sends it to the Program Head.
The purpose of this evaluation is to measure your progress throughout the program as well as to assess any needs you might have in order to acquire the required Hotel Manager skills for Louvre Hotels Group.

Program validation takes place in front of a validation jury: each candidate presents his or her experience as Hotel Manager during the “solo” mission. This presentation enables the jury to validate your ability to handle the management of a hotel taking into account the context and stakes involved.
