Created in October 2009, the Fast & Curious program trains young graduates with strong career potential in order to prepare them for the role of Hotel Manager after a 12- to 18-month training period.

As soon as you start with Louvre Hotels Group, you integrate the group directly as a Deputy Manager trainee in one of our hotels in France or Europe.

The first year at Louvre Hotels is consecrated to training and experiencing the many facets of hotel management both in France and abroad. A personalized tracking system helps you to shape and realize your professional projects.

Throughout the Fast & Curious program, you are evaluated at the end of each mission. The Hotel Manager concerned completes the assessment and sends it to the Program Head.

The purpose of this evaluation is to measure your progress throughout the program as well as to assess any needs you might have in order to acquire the required Hotel Manager skills for Louvre Hotels Group.

  • Technical
  • Accounting
  • Management
  • Administration
  • Marketing

Program validation takes place in front of a validation jury: each candidate presents his or her experience as Hotel Manager during the “solo” mission. This presentation enables the jury to validate your ability to handle the management of a hotel taking into account the context and stakes involved.
