« After getting my Master’s degree at the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon, in January 2012, aged 23, I was lucky enough to join a unique course called Fast & Curious. Following 6 months of intensive training as GM at the Rouen Nord Campanile (38 rooms and 7 employees), I went on to join the Roissy CDG Campanile as Operations Director (65 employees and 262 rooms) and I was a member of the project team in charge of creating a new Catering offer for the brand. Since July 2014 I have been General Manager of the Kyriad and Campanile hotels at Le Blanc Mesnil (60 employees and 242 rooms), where I am focusing my efforts on renovating the hotels, as well as ensuring their repositioning and their corporate and legal merger. My current position requires me to be adaptable, technically competent, versatile and able to handle stress, while combining a strategic perspective, a hands-on approach and suitable familiarity with legal and labour issues. Thanks to its customisation and bespoke supervision, the Fast & Curious course has helped me to give my best and to be fulfilled.»

" My course began south of Lyon, then I moved to Toulouse for my second assignment, and right now I am at the Paris CDG Airport Golden Tulip for my “substantial hotel” assignment. At first, the discovery and learning phase happened gradually: becoming familiar with the brand, the tools and the product to begin with, then going on to find out about the job of Manager and about management, and improving my skills. After that, it was ongoing stimulation and extra challenges with every assignment: a new setting, a new hotel, new field realities. Every mission took me further, and my past experience was proving invaluable on a daily basis, and for any project I was assigned to. Lastly, thanks to the great diversity of settings, courses and discussions, the "Fast & Curious" course will help me to go on learning constantly. Yet the course is also about encounters. Encounters with other course participants of various backgrounds and careers, as well as with the hotel managers and employees who guide us, giving us their knowledge and their good advice… In a nutshell, it is simply a great adventure."
