Renovated between February and June 2024 without closing its doors, Campanile Lille Est Villeneuve-d’Ascq now proudly bears the Campanile NATURE label. This transformation is part of Louvre Hotels Group’s broader strategy to modernize its network, positioning itself as the second-largest hotel group in France and Europe, with the goal of reimagining the guest experience. 

Louvre Hotels Group announces the appointment of Eduardo Bosch as Group CEO, adding to his current role as Chief Operating Officer.
Federico J. González will stay as Board member of Groupe du Louvre and as such, he will supervise and monitor the delivery and future progress of the 5-year plan by seeking alignment with the different key stakeholders.

Campanile is undertaking a major transformation of its hotel network, particularly in the Paris region, with an ambitious renovation plan and the introduction of two new brand labels at the heart of its refreshed brand architecture: Campanile PRIME and Campanile NATURE. This initiative aims to highlight the architectural uniqueness of each property while reaffirming the brand’s DNA: warm hospitality, a friendly atmosphere, and delicious regional cuisine.

Located in the heart of the Landes region, in the city of Saint-Paul-lès-Dax, a new Kyriad hotel, part of the midscale brand portfolio of Louvre Hotels Group, the second-largest hotel operator in France and Europe, officially opened its doors on June 17, 2025. This newly built 60-room property stands out for its modern comfort, strong local roots, and unique amenities, including an authentic trinquet dedicated to the traditional Basque sport of pelota. 

Originally built in 1998 and first renovated in 2017, the Kyriad Anglet-Biarritz has now undergone a major transformation. Following 16 months of expansion and refurbishment work, the hotel is unveiling a redesigned and modernized offering to ensure optimal comfort for all its guests.

Developed by Galytska Budivelna Guildiya (GBG), the project, initiated in 2019, is designed to meet the growing demand for mid-term stays. In 2021, GBG signed a franchise agreement with Louvre Hotels Group, the second-largest hospitality group in France and Europe, joining forces to expand the country’s hospitality offering and create memorable guest experiences.

Louvre Hotels Group and GetWelcom announce the launch of a strategic partnership to support the digital transformation of the Group’s hotels. By combining Louvre Hotels Group’s hospitality expertise with the technological innovation of French start-up GetWelcom, this partnership aims to modernize the guest experience and streamline in-room operations through the digitalization of traditional materials.

After the first phase of renovating its common areas, which began in 2023, the Campanile Perpignan Nord has completed its transformation, unveiling a fully modernized environment. 
Driven by an investment of €1.5 million, this project highlights Louvre Hotels Group's ambition to enhance the attractiveness and positioning of the Group's historic brand, continuously improving customer experience.

The Campanile Toulouse Sud Balma - Cité de l’Espace hotel is entering a new era with a full renovation of its 85 rooms. A €1.2 million investment has been dedicated to this transformation, giving the establishment a fresh new look while enhancing its prime location near the Cité de l’Espace.

Innovative and user-friendly, the Booster platform reinforces the central role of franchise partners within the Group’s operational model. It delivers key benefits by optimizing performance, enhancing accessibility and streamlining communication, while strengthening the relationship between franchisees and Louvre Hotels Group.

Titled “Kyriad’s XXL Great Deals”, the new and original Kyriad campaign highlights hoteliers and their essential role in helping guests explore cities. Starting on November 28 and running for four weeks, guests will be invited to take part in a large-scale treasure hunt across five major French cities, guided by their hoteliers' tips and insider recommendations.

After nearly a year of renovation work, the Kyriad Prestige Compiègne hotel has completed an ambitious revamp, with its reopening on November 12, 2024. This project, led by the SOGEPAR Group and executed by MOHA Agency and Leveque Architecture, required an investment of 5 million euros and aims to modernize the establishment to offer superior and premium comfort to its guests.

Golden Tulip announces the signing of the construction project for the Golden Tulip Gebkim Kocaeli hotel, reaffirming the brand's commitment to expanding in the Turkish market, where it already has another establishment.

The Kyriad Prestige Saint-Malo hotel announces its reopening this month after a year and a half of renovations. New rooms, a wellness area, local charm, and unique design… No detail was overlooked in the renovation of this Saint-Malo establishment.

Grégoire Bouffard joins the Executive Committee of Louvre Hotels Group as General Counsel as of October 1st, 2024. Directly attached with Federico J. González, CEO of Louvre Hotels Group, he will be responsible for promoting and supporting the Group’s development.

After 18 months of work which began in April 2023, the Kyriad Le Mans-Est *** hotel has entirely renovated 40 rooms and all of the common spaces. This is the second large-scale renovation for this hotel; 30 rooms had been renovated in 2020.

After its last service in April 2023, the historic and iconic Grand Hôtel Terminus Reine in Chaumont was acquired by the Urbaneo group a few months ago. Renovations are scheduled to begin at the start of 2025, with the hotel reopening under the Kyriad Prestige**** brand in the second half of 2026.

Première Classe, Kyriad Direct, Kyriad and Campanile hotels unveil a new, sporty offer targeted towards welcoming not only professional athletes but their support teams (volunteers, umpires, doctors and parents) as well as their fans. 

The Kyriad Saumur-Centre ***hotel’s renovation work finished up in May, and the hotel is now featuring 20 rooms and 4 additional apartments, new common spaces, a private underground parking garage as well as a spa and heated indoor pool.

After one and a half years of work and nearly 1 million euros invested, the Kyriad La Rochelle Centre-ville ***hotel boasts a complete renovation of its rooms and common spaces.

Following two years of construction, the Kyriad Prestige Asnières hotel opened its doors on July 1st. With 98 rooms, the Kyriad hotel adds to the hospitality offerings for both business and leisure clients in this growing city.

Louvre Hotels Group has been part of the Polish market for 25 years. They are continuing their expansion in this country with the opening of the Campanile Warszawa Północ. 

This three-star hotel strengthens the group’s presence in the Polish market, which today includes around 30 hotels operating under the Première Classe, Kyriad, Campanile, Tulip Hotels & Residences, Golden Tulip, Royal Tulip and Hôtels & Préférences brands.

Following up on its communication campaign launched in 2023, Golden Tulip supports its hotels network with a new social media activation kit. Among the numerous ready-to-use visuals and content of this kit, a 15-second film titled “Witty Moments” reinforces the "Unconventional Premium" positioning of the upscale brand of Louvre Hotels Group, the second-largest hotel group in Europe.

Kyriad, one of Louvre Hotels Group’s star brands in the midscale sector, is continuing its expansion with the opening of a new establishment in France. 

After a year of construction, the Kyriad Limoges - Ester hotel opened its doors on June 14th, strengthening the hospitality choices in Nouvelle-Aquitaine for leisure and business clients. This hotel opening is part of Louvre Hotel Group’s five-year strategic plan, which forecasts the opening of 200 new hotels in France by 2028.

Just in time for the Paris 2024 Olympic games, the city of Châteauroux, host of the shooting events, will have a new three-star hotel, strengthening the hospitality offerings in this region. 

Led by four passionate investors, the Kyriad Châteauroux Nord - Airport opens its doors on June 17, 2024, after one year of construction. This new hotel opening, the third in one month, highlights the Louvre Hotels Group’s dynamic in its historical French market.

After two years of work and a significant investment of almost two million euros in its renovation, the Première Classe Freyming Merlebach hotel is ready to open its doors. 

One of the first hotels to incorporate the new design of the Première Classe brand created by Louvre Hotels Group - the second-largest hotel group in France and in Europe - this hotel, part of the Heintz hôtellerie Group, promises to provide an unforgettable experience for its customers, all while guaranteeing affordable rates.

To increase visibility in 2024 (+2% worldwide recognition in 2023) with its new film advertisement, Campanile decided to showcase and develop one of the brand’s iconic markers: its delicious buffet breakfast, which is an integral component of its warm and friendly DNA.

Arnoud Vink replaces Max Cergneux and joins the Louvre Hotels Group Executive Committee as Chief Development Officer. Reporting to Federico J. González, CEO of Louvre Hotels Group, he will be responsible for the Group's development strategy in France and internationally.

Louvre Hotels Group, the 2nd largest European hotel group, with the Courbet group, continue their collaboration with the signing on March 14th of a new Kyriad hotel in Cannes. 

The two groups had already announced their partnership several days ago to open an application hotel with the Hosho brand.

Courbet announces a partnership in respect of the International Campus in Cannes with Hosho, a brand belonging to Louvre Hotels Group, a subsidiary of Jin Jiang International, the world’s second-largest hotel group. 

This project is a part of the restructuring strategy Courbet declared upon acquiring the International Campus of Cannes just a year ago. It also stands as a tangible demonstration of Louvre Hotels Group's expansion ambitions, aiming at launching 200 new hotels in France from 2024 to 2028 under its strategic plan.

Jean-Louis Amice joins the Executive Committee of Louvre Hotels Group as Chief Human Resources Officer as of February 19, 2024. Directly attached with Federico J. González, CEO of Louvre Hotels Group, he will be responsible for leading the Group’s Human Resources strategy.

Louvre Hotels Group, the second-largest player in the hotel industry in France and Europe, with flagship brands such as Campanile, Kyriad and Première Classe, is implementing a strategic plan aiming, by 2028, to position each of its brands among the top 3 performing ones in the segments and countries where the group operates.

Louvre Hotels Group and its brands (including Campanile, Kyriad, Première Classe, Golden Tulip) have signed a national partnership agreement with Pôle emploi, the French Employment Development Office. They will work together to find positions for employment-seekers, strengthen the attraction of careers in the hospitality industry and respond to the Group’s recruiting needs in France.

Taking the lead from its powerful stakeholder Jin Jiang International, for the past several years Louvre Hotels Group has been organizing Talent Exchanges between France and China for the two groups’ staff. The goal is mutual enrichment and sharing of best practices.

This exchange program is for all the groups different services, at the Headquarters and the support teams as well as in the hotels.

Première Classe, Louvre Hotels Group’s low-cost brand which includes 230 hotels in France, is launching a national campaign targeted towards the road traveler. This original, multi-channel campaign, strategically visible along the major highways, was created with the Change and Values Media agencies.

It highlights the differences and the brand’s low-cost positioning.

Golden Tulip, Louvre Hotels Group's premium brand, opened its 161st hotel on 5 June 2023 in the center of Dieppe. This new establishment brings distinctive hotel offering to the area, reflecting the mischievous and resolutely offbeat spirit of the brand and its unique personality.

With a range of services tailored to both tourists and business travellers, this hotel is a sure way of attracting and supporting the tourism development in Normandy..

Louvre Hotels Group, which encompasses brands such as Campanile, Kyriad, Golden Tulip and Première Classe, is stepping up its commitment to reducing single-use plastic by signing a sponsorship partnership with the Maud Fontenoy Foundation.

Campanile, the historic brand of Louvre Hotels Group, has been committed to responsible gastronomy for several years and is involving its employees, partners and customers to celebrate sustainable food in its hotels in France. While Sustainable Gastronomy Day is scheduled for 18th June, Campanile in 2023 has decided to intensify its message and initiatives about this topic throughout the month of June.
