Bolstered by the growing trust of his shareholder Jin Jiang International, Pierre-Frédéric Roulot has taken over as head of the Metropolo structure for the management and development of Jin Jiang hotels in Asia.

From the strategic headquarters of La Défense, Pierre-Frédéric Roulot now heads the Louvre Hotels Group as well as the Métropolo structure based in Shanghai.

These two networks now represent over 2,500 hotels in 52 countries, 1,150 of which are in China including Première Classe, Kyriad, Campanile and Golden Tulip, the 5 brands of the Sarovar network in India, as well as Chinese brands Metropolo, Jin Jiang Inn, Bestay and Goldmet Inn.

Entities Vienna and Plateno, of which Jin Jiang is also shareholder, remain independent.

Pierre-Frédéric Roulot has appointed Joël Guiraud, former VP of Operations at the Louvre Hotels Group, as CEO of this new Chinese platform named “Jin Jiang Louvre Asia".

He is replaced by Krystel Blondeau and Andreas Tscherning who take over operational responsibility of France and Europe respectively.

“By entrusting us with the development of Asia and its historical brands, Jin Jiang acknowledges the expertise of the Louvre Hotels Group teams and gives us a great sense of pride. As the Asian market is very buoyant, the aim is to open more than 1,200 new hotels within the next 3 years" welcomes Pierre-Frédéric Roulot, CEO of the Louvre Hotels Group.
