In collaboration with renowned chef Philippe Renard, Campanile restaurants offer their new spring-summer menu, a selection of delicious and authentic dishes featuring regional products.

Savoir-faire and seasonal products make your meal one of life’s simple pleasures!

 

On the menu at Campanile

 

Seasonal dishes:

Sea bream baked in a papillote and served with young summer vegetables seasoned with basil.

French veal, courgette and lemon casserole flavoured with oregano, a traditional French dish.

A delicious fresh Caesar salad with creamy sauce and crumbly cheese, perfect for hot summer days!

Limousin steak tartare spiced up with herbs and served with matchstick potatoes and arugula salad with cherry tomatoes.

Meat from our regions:

The famous entrecôte steak with its unrivalled flavour is one of the cornerstones of French gastronomy!

Daily specials:

At Campanile, the daily specials are always changing: meat, pasta, fish or even pizza, for every taste and appetite!

Exclusive: Maxime Desaigle, cook at the Clermont-Ferrand Aubière Campanile and grand prize winner of the Campanile chefs contest, has concocted a dish that will appeal to the most demanding gourmets: tuna steak served with pineapple chutney and creamed leeks.

 

The Campanile restaurants have something for everyone

Making it a point of honour to satisfy special needs, the Campanile restaurants offer a gluten-free choice consisting of a delicious chicken fricassee with mixed vegetables.

A vegetarian option is also available: a delicious provençal tian (vegetable bake) for a meatless meal à la française.

Meet up for a drink with friends or colleagues and enjoy a sampler platter that makes any moment more convivial!
